高效液相色谱法测定咳特灵片中牡荆素含量

摘要

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of Apigenin8-C-glucoside in Keteling tablets. Methods HPLC method was used. The column type was Agilent SB-C18 ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) . The mobile phase was ace-tonitrile-0. 2%acetic acid ( 14 :86 ) . The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 340 nm and column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of quercetin was 0. 713-0. 428 g/L ( r=0. 999 7 ) , the average recovery was 97. 84% and the RSD=1. 01% ( n=5 ) . Conclusion The method is simple and accurate , and can be used reliably for the quality control of Api genin8-C-glucoside.%目的：建立测定咳特灵片中牡荆素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Agilent SB－C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm )，流动相为乙腈－0.2%醋酸水溶液（14：86），流速为1.0 mL／min，检测波长为340 nm，柱温为30℃。结果牡荆素质量浓度在0.0713~0.428 g／L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（ r＝0.9997），平均回收率为97.84%，RSD＝1.01%( n＝5)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于咳特灵片的含量测定。
