大补元煎加减联合针灸治疗老年功能性便秘40例疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Dabuyuanjian Decoction combined with acupuncture in treating senile functional constipation. Methods Totally 80 elderly patients with functional constipation from January 2016 to February 2017 were analyzed retrospectively, the patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rich cellulose diet and lactulose oral liquid, on this basis, the traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) com-bined group was given Dabuyuanjian Decoction combined with acupuncture. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of TCM combined group was 95. 00%, which was significantly higher than 77. 50% of control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The time of defecation frequency returned to normal and the time of the stool property returned to the level before onset in TCM combined group were shorter than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment, the levels of serum NO, somatostatin, vasoactive intestinal peptide and gastrointestinal hormone substance P in the TCM combined group were better than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment, the scores of stool property and interval time of defecation in TCM combined group were better than those in control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Modified Dabuyuanjian Decoction combined with acupuncture in treating senile functional constipation has good effect, it can effectively improve defecation and stool property, improve endocrine and hormone levels without obvious adverse reactions, and it is helpful to shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and relieve the pain of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨大补元煎加减联合针灸治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析医院2016年1月至2017年2月收治的老年功能性便秘患者80例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例.对照组给予丰富纤维素饮食并乳果糖口服液口服,中医联合组在对照组基础上加用大补元煎加减联合针灸治疗,均治疗4周.结果 中医联合组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);排便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复至发病前水平时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,中医联合组血清一氧化氮水平、生长抑素、血管活性肠肽、胃肠激素P物质优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,中医联合组大便性状评分、排便间隔时间均优于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应.结论 大补元煎加减联合针灸治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效确切,可有效改善排便情况和大便性状,改善内分泌和激素水平,且无明显不良反应,有助于缩短症状消失时间,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广.
