Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antibiotic-impregnated calcium sulfate combined with internal fixation in treating open limb fracture. Methods A total of 176 patients with open limb fractures admitted to the hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatments,the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,88 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine internal fixation,while the treatment group was treated by antibiotic-impregnated calcium sulfate combined with internal fixation. The clinical curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate,the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions,intraoperatve blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(p < 0. 05). Conclusion Antibiotic-impregnated cal-cium sulfate combined with internal fixation for treating open limb fracture not only has good clinical effect,but also has rapid recovery and high safety after operation,it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨负载抗生素硫酸钙结合内固定术治疗四肢开放性骨折的临床疗效.方法 选取医院骨科2013年12月至2016年12月收治的176例四肢开放性骨折患者进行回顾性分析.按治疗方案的不同,将患者分为常规内固定术治疗的对照组与行负载抗生素硫酸钙联合内固定术治疗的观察组,各88例,对比不同治疗方案对四肢开放性骨折患者的临床疗效.结果 观察组患者的临床总有效率、不良反应发生率、术中出血量、住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 四肢开放性骨折患者采用负载抗生素硫酸钙结合内固定术疗法治疗,不仅临床效果佳,而且术后恢复快、安全性高,值得临床推广.
