紫外分光光度法测定参芪三七胶囊中总皂苷含量

摘要

Objective To determine the content of total saponins in Shenqi Sanqi Capsules. Methods The content of total saponins in Shenqi Sanqi Capsules was determined by an ultraviolet-visible speetrophotometer at 542 nm with perchloric acid as the ehromogenie reagent. Results The total saponins was linear in the range of 6. 87-41. 22 μg/mL, Y=0. 015 54 X+0. 002 9, r=0. 999 6 ( n=6 ) , and the average recovery rate was 98. 32%, RSD=1. 08% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion The determination method of total saponins is simple, fast, accurate with high sensitivity as well as good repeatability, which can be applied for qualitative discrimination of total saponins in Shenqi Sanqi Capsules.%目的：建立测定参芪三七胶囊中总皂苷含量的紫外分光光度法。方法采用紫外分光光度仪，于542 nm波长处，以高氯酸显色法测定总皂苷含量。结果总皂苷质量浓度在6.87~41.22μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，Y=0.01554 X+0.0029，r=0.9996( n=6)，平均回收率为98.32%，RSD为1.08%( n=9)。结论该方法简单、易操作、重复性良好，可用于测定参芪三七胶囊中总皂苷的含量，可用于参芪三七胶囊的质量控制。
