扁桃体摘除联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除治疗小儿鼾症的效果观察

摘要

目的：观察扁桃体摘除联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除治疗小儿鼾症的效果。方法将2011年3月~2013年3月本院收治的112例鼾症患儿随机分为对照组56例与观察组56例。对照组采取扁桃体摘除联合腺样体刮除常规术治疗，观察组采取扁桃体摘除联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗。对比两组患儿的临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间。结果观察组总有效率及痊愈率均较对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间与住院时间较对照组短，术中出血量较对照组少，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体摘除联合鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗儿童鼾症的效果明显，可缩短手术时间及住院时间，值得推广应用。%Objective To observe the effect of tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of pediatric sleep apnea syndrome. Methods One hundred and twelve pediatric patients with sleep apnea syndrome admitted into our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were evenly divided into control group and obser-vation group in random.In control group,the conventional surgical method of tonsillectomy combined with curette ade-noidectomy were applied,while in observation group,technique of tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope were adopted.The clinical effect,operation time,blood loss and hospital stay in both groups were com-pared. Results The total effective rate and cure rate in observation group was higher than that in control group respec-tively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,the blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group,with statistical dif-ference (P<0.05). Conclusion Tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of pediatric sleep apnea syndrome can obtain a remarkable effect,shorten operation time and hospital stay,which is worthy of expansion and application.
