太极通天口服液合用尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the combined Taiji Tongtian oral solution of nimodipine in the treatment of migraine treatment. Meth-ods 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group 30 cases,treatment given to the treatment group Taiji Tongtian oral so-lution 10ml,3 times a day Nimodipine 40mg,3 times a day,oral,three weeks into a course of treatment. The control group Nimodipine 40mg,3 times a day,oral,three weeks into a course of treatment. Results The treatment group and control group had significantly different effects (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination Taiji Tongtian oral solution and nimodipine in the treatment of migraine has significant effect,no adverse reactions, high security and is worthy popularizing in clinic.%目的 探讨太极通天121服液合用尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的疗效.方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予太极通天口服液10mL,每日3次,尼莫地平40mg,每日3次,口服,3周为-个疗程,对照组给予尼莫地平40mg,每日3次,口服,3周为一疗程.结果 治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论 太极通天口服液合用尼莫地平治疗偏头痛疗效显著,副作用少,安全性高,值得临床推广.
