Because of geographical differences,the mineral resources endowments of the different administrative jurisdictions show obvious regional characteristics. The exploration investments and mining developments are also differing from provinces to provinces. China and Canada are in good mutual complementarities in mineral resources endowments; and the two countries are cooperating well in mineral sector. Taking mineral sector as one of the mainstay industries,the federal government of Canada and all the local governments are keen in advertising their mineral sector and try their best to attract overseas mining funds. Some of the major mining provinces have issued their plans for mining developments.
