鼻内镜辅助经口径路儿童腺样体切除术治疗体会

摘要

目的:观察鼻内镜辅助经口径路儿童腺样体切除手术效果.方法:2006年1月～2009年7月,44例儿童均为鼻内镜辅助下行腺样体切除,20例同时行扁桃体切除,5例同时行鼓室置管术.结果:随访3～6个月,除6例合并鼻窦炎用药物治疗,其余症状均消失,无并发症.鼻内镜复查,均无腺样体残留.结论:鼻内镜辅助经口径路腺样体切除术,能清晰直视下操作,腺体切除彻底,不易损伤正常结构.%Objective: To analysis outcomes and complications of transoral endoscopic adenoidectomy. Methods: From January 2006 to July 2009, 44 children patients were performed adenoidectomy through the mouth under direct vision using nasal endoscopy, 20 cases were combined with tonsillectomy, 5 cases were combined with tube insertion. Clinical symptoms and complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results: During 3 to 6 months follow up, symptoms had been disappeared in all patients, and no any complications. Postoperative endoscopic examination could not find residual adenoid tissue. Conclusion: Compare with routine adenoidectomy, the endoscope provides excellent exposure and visualization of the nasopharynx, facilitate more complete removal of the adenoids and avoid damage to normal structures.
