痛风舒浸膏粉对大鼠痛风性关节炎的治疗作用

摘要

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Tongfeng Shu Powder on gouty arthritis in rat.Methods: Wistar rats (n=40) were randomly devided into normal group, model group, Diclofenac group and Tongfeng Shu group.Swelling of joint, the quantity of leukocyte in joint fluid and the K+, DA, 5-HT content in articular soft tissue were observed.Results: Tongfeng Shu Powder and Diclofenac can significantly reduced joint circumference, reducing the number of leukocytes in synovial fluid and the K+, DA, 5-HT content in articular soft tissue.Conclusion: We found Tongfeng Shu powder can inhibit joint swelling and has anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect on gouty arthritis in rat.%目的:观察痛风舒浸膏粉对尿酸所致大鼠痛风性关节炎的治疗作用.方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠40只随机分为正常组、模型组、双氯芬酸组、痛风舒浸膏粉组,10只/组.采用尿酸钠溶液注入大鼠右侧踝关节腔造成急性痛风性关节炎模型,正常组用生理盐水代替尿酸钠.观察各组大鼠用药前后受试关节周径的变化、治疗后关节滑液内白细胞的数量以及关节周围软组织中K+、DA、5-HT的含量.结果:痛风舒浸膏粉和双氯芬酸可显著缩小受试关节周径、减少关节滑液中白细胞数量及关节周围软组织中K+、DA、5-HT的含量.结论:痛风舒浸膏粉对大鼠痛风性关节炎有抑制关节肿胀和抗炎、镇痛的作用.
