浮肩损伤32例的临床治疗探讨

摘要

Objective: To investigate the operative indication of floating shoulder.Methods: Assessed the efficacy of 32case8 with floating shouler according to the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons questionnaire (ASES).who received surgical treatment or conservative treatment.Results: 32 cases received surgical treatment, all cases were followed up from 7 months to 51 months, average 18.7 months.All the cases with scapula fracture or clavicle fracture healed.The average ASES score was 90.2 in surgical treatment group.Conclusion: Surgical treatment should be preferred in cases with more than lO mm glenoid shift and more than 40° angulation.%目的:探讨浮肩的手术适应证.方法:连续收集采用切开复位内固定治疗的32例浮肩患者,应用美国肩肘关节协会评分标准(ASES)评价其治疗效果.结果:切开复位内固定治疗32例,全组随访7～51个月,平均18.7个月.肩胛骨或锁骨骨折全部骨性愈合.手术组平均为90.2分.结论:如果关节盂移位超过10 mm,成角超过40°,应首选手术治疗.
