PICC置管在老年患者肠外营养中的应用

Objective: To investigate the application of PICC catheter in elderly patients parenteral nutrition. Methods:110 cases were divised into 2 groups, 59 patients received PICC catheter, 51 patients received femoral vein catheter, comparing the two groups of puncture success ratio and complications. Results: The puncture success rate of catheter PICC obviously above of femoral vein catheter (P＜0.05), and complications of bleed, straying artery, catheter falls off, and infection were significantly lower than of femoral vein catheter. Conclusion: In elderly patients parenteral nutrition applications,PICC catheter can safely and effectively substitute of femoral vein catheter.%目的:了解PICC置管在老年患者胃肠外营养中的应用.方法:将110例患者分为A、B两组,其中A组59例接受PICC置管,B组51例接受股静脉置管,对比两组穿刺成功率及并发症发生率.结果:A组穿刺成功率为93.22%,B组穿刺成功率为78.4%,A组明显高于B组(x2=5.08,P<0.05);A组的并发症发生率与B组相比,局部渗血(59.3% vs 80.4%),x2=5.6867;导管脱落(1.7% vs 15.7%),x2=7.1281;局部感染(1.7% vs 11.8%),x2=4.6550;误入动脉(0 vs 9.8%),A组并发症发生率明显低于B组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在高龄老年患者肠外营养的应用中,PICC置管可以安全有效地替代股静脉置管.
