Objective: To investigate effects of Sodium Feculate (SF) on right ventricular dysfunction in pulmonary hypertension. Methods: 47 patients pulmonary hypertension with right ventricular dysfunction were randomly divided into SF group (conventional therapy + SF) and conventional treatment group (control group), the treatment group on the basis of routine treatment plus oral Sodium Ferulate 100 mg.tid, improving situation of cardiac function after 2.5 months was assessed, blood gas analysis and oxygen partial pressure were compared, right ventricular diameter (RVd) was measured though color Doppler ultrasound, according to tricuspid regurgitation estimated pulmonary artery pressure (PAP). Results:①After treatment, improvement rates in cardiac function in two groups was 91.7％, 65.2％ respectively, with statistical significance (P＜0.05);②SF treatment increased oxygen partial pressure, decreased pulmonary arterial pressure, with statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion: SF can improve right heart function in patients with pulmonary hypertension, Sodium Ferulate is a safe and effective drug in pulmonary hypertension with right ventricular dysfunction.%目的:探讨阿魏酸钠(SF)对肺动脉高压右心功能不全的治疗效果.方法:将肺动脉高压右心功能不全患者47例随机分为SF组(常规治疗+阿魏酸钠)和常规治疗组(对照组),治疗组除常规治疗外加阿魏酸钠片100 mg,tid,2.5个月后行心功能改善情况评定,行血气分析比较氧分压、血氧饱和度变化,行心脏超声检查测量右室横径,根据三尖瓣反流估测肺动脉压.结果:①治疗后两组心功能改善的有效率分别为91.7%、65.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗SF组氧分压提高,肺动脉压降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:阿魏酸钠可改善肺动脉高压患者的右心功能,为肺动脉高压右心功能不全治疗的安全、有效的药物之一.
