目的:检测Fascin及MVD在侵袭性和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达,探讨其与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系及它们之间的相关性.方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测24例侵袭性和21例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤组织中Fascin蛋白表达水平,计数CD34标记的肿瘤微血管密度(MVD).统计学分析两组之间Fasicn蛋白的表达、MVD计数的差异,以及侵袭件垂体腺瘤中Fascin的表达与MVD计数之间的相关关系.结果:侵袭性垂体腺瘤组Fascin蛋白表达及MVD计数均较非侵袭性垂体腺瘤组增高.侵袭组中Fascin蛋白表达与MVD计数呈正相关关系.结论:侵袭性垂体腺瘤的生物学行为与Fascin的高表达以及血管生成密切相关,二者可作为判断垂体瘤侵袭性及预后的生物学指标.%Objective: To investigate the expression of Fascin and MVD in patients with invasive and non-invasive pituitary adenomas, and to evaluate the relationship between the expression of Fascin, CD34 and the invasion of pituitary adenomas, and to analyze the correlation between Fascin and MVD in invasive pituitary adenomas. Methods: The expressions of Fascin and CD34 were detected in 24 invasive pituitary adenomas and 21 non-invasive pituitary adenomas by using immunohistochemical Envision assay. And MVD signed by CD34 was counted at the same time. The differences of the expression of Fascin and CD34 between the invasive and non-invasive pituitary adenomas, the correlation between Fascin and MVD in invasive pituitary adenomas were analyzed by the statistical method. Results: Compared with the non-invasive pituitary adenomas, the expressions of Fascin and MVD counts increased in invasive ones. There was a positive correlation between the expressions of Fascin and MVD counts. Conclusion: The increased expressions of Fascin and angiogenesis are significantly correlated with the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas, and they may be used in diagnosis and evaluation of predictions in pituitary adenomas.
