Objective to study the psychological situation of cerebral arterial stenosis patients before and after treatment. Methods 40 cases of cerebral arterial stenosis patients were selected and treated with stents placement in our hospital as study group, 40 patients with no vascular abnormalities in the same period were selected as control group, SCL-90 symptoms self rating scale were used in all patients, SCL-90 final determination were taken in study group after 5 days health education intervention, the differences were compared between the two groups, and the psychological situation of China nonris and control. Results The intervention force, anxiety, depression, and other scores of study group were obviously higher than those in the control group and the domestic norm, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); After health intervention, the SCL-90 score in the study groups were reduced significantly compared with before, and the score of body somatic symptoms, anxiety, depression, fear, interpersonal relationship had statistical significance compared with before (P < 0.05), and there was no obvious difference compared with norms group (P > 0.05), but hostile, paranoid, force, was still higher than that of the norms group (P < 0.05j. In patients with narrow treatment with obvious mental state problem, it is necessary in before and after stent implants psychological intervention in order to promote patients recover.%目的 调查脑动脉狭窄患者支架植入术前后的心理状况.方法 选择我院收治的脑动脉狭窄患者40例(研究组),行脑动脉造影血管内支架治疗,选择同期行脑动脉造影无血管异常的患者40例(对照组),全部患者脑血管造影后进行SCL-90症状自评量表测定,对于研究组患者进行健康教育干预,1周后行第2次SCL-90测定,比较研究组干预前后、对照组以及常模组的心理状况.结果 研究组干预前强迫、焦虑、抑郁等各项评分均明显高于对照组和常模组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康干预后,研究组各项SCL-90评分较干预前明显降低,躯体化症状、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、人际关系评分与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与常模组无明显差异(P>0.05),但敌对、偏执、强迫仍高于常模组(P<0.05).结论 脑动脉血管狭窄支架植入治疗患者存在明显的心理状况问题,有必要在支架植入前后进行心理干预,以促进患者恢复.
