目的 比较黑大蒜提取物和鲜大蒜提取物对细胞免疫功能影响.方法 分别连续5 d给予小鼠腹腔注射黑大蒜提取物溶液与鲜大蒜提取物溶液.从第6天开始处死小鼠,分离培养脾细胞,生物学方法检测自然杀伤(NK)细胞杀伤活性,Griess法检测脾细胞培养上清一氧化氮(NO)的分泌水平,ELISA法检测脾细胞培养上清中细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-17和IL-4的水平.结果 黑大蒜提取物较鲜大蒜提取物有更强的NK细胞杀伤活性和促NO、IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-17、TNF-α分泌的刺激作用.二者对IL-4的分泌水平无影响.结论 黑大蒜提取物较鲜大蒜提取物有更强的Th1/Th17型细胞免疫应答的诱导作用.%Objective To compare the effects of black garlic extracts and fresh garlic extracts on the cellular immune function. Methods Mice were injected black garlic extracts (1 mg/mL) and fresh garlic extracts (1 mg/mL) once a day continuously on the first 5 days. From 6th day on, mice were killed and the spleen cells were separated and cultured. Biological methods were applied to measure the cytotoxicity of nature killer (NK) cells. Griess was applied to measure the nitric oxide (NO) secretion. ELTSA was applied to measure IL-2, IFN-γ, TNF-α. IL-17, IL-4 secretion. Results Black garlic; extracts showed significantly higher level of inducing effects in the cytotoxicity of NK cells, NO and IL-2, IL-17, IFN-7, TNF-asecretion than fresh garlic extracts. But there was no difference in the secretion level of IL-4 between black garlic extracts and fresh garlic extracts. Conclusion Black garlic extracts are superior to fresh garlic extracts in inducing effects on the cellular immune response in Thl/'fhl7 in mice.
