膀胱神经-肌肉电刺激对急性脊髓炎排尿障碍的疗效观察和护理

摘要

Objective To observe the acute myelitis voiding dysfunction in patients with early use of the bladder nerves -the clinical efficacy of electrical stimulation. Methods 60 cases of acute transverse myelitis patienis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, strengthen the care of bladder training on the basis of the early treatment group received intravesical nerve-muscle electrical stimulation in treatment of urinary function to compare two groups of patients within one month recover}' situation. Results Urinary function recover}' time of treatment group was shorter than the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Early bladder nerve-muscle electrical stimulation therapy can effectively promote acute transverse myelitis in patients with urinary function recovery, improve the quality of life of patients.%目的 观察急性脊髓炎排尿障碍患者早期运用膀胱神经-肌肉电刺激的临床疗效.方法 将60例急性脊髓炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例.在加强排尿训练护理的基础上,治疗组患者早期给予膀胱神经-肌肉电刺激治疗,比较两组患者1个月内排尿功能恢复情况.结果 治疗组患者排尿功能恢复时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.01).结论 早期应用膀胱神经-肌肉电刺激疗法可有效促进急性脊髓炎患者排尿功能恢复,提高患者的生活质量.
