目的 探讨肺癌切除术中突发大出血相关因素分析及护理措施.方法 回顾性分析我院2001年3月～2010年3月行肺癌切除术患者562例的临床资料,所有患者术前采用心理护理和呼吸道护理,术中采用台上护理配合和台下护理配合,术后采用病情监测、呼吸道护理和肺功能恢复护理.并对术中肺动脉干损伤的相关因素进行分析.结果 术中肺动脉干损伤的发生与肿瘤部位有关,其中左上叶部位的肺动脉干损伤发生率最高,右上叶部位和右中叶部位次之,左下叶部位更低,右下叶部位最低.术中肺动脉干损伤的发生与TNM 分期有关.>60 岁年龄组患者术中肺动脉干损伤的发生率最高,不同年龄与术中肺动脉干损伤发生率无关.肺癌病理分型与术中肺动脉干损伤的发生率无关.结论 加强肺癌切除术围术期的护理,且对患者手术前后进行全面认真的整体护理,能减少其术后并发症的发生.提前预防,在手术过程中一旦发生突发大出血,采取及时有效的护理措施,可以提高治愈率.%Objective To discuss ihe related factors of sudden bleeding during resection of lung cancer and nursing strategy. Methods The clinical data of 562 patients with resection of lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed from Man' 2001 to Mary 201 0 in our hospital. Resells Inlraoperalive pulmonary artery injury occurred with the tumor, which left parts of the pulmonary artery leaves had the highest rate of injury, pail of right upper lobe and right middle pail of ihe second, lower part of left lower lobe, right lower lobe area minimum. Intraoperatlve pulmonary artery Injury occurred with TNM stage. The patients (age>60) in the pulmonary artery was the highest incidence of iniurv. The patients of different ages and the incidence of iniuiy in the pulmonary artery had nothing to do. Pathological type of lung cancer with surgery had no correlation with the incidence of pulmonary artery injury. Conclusion Enhancing perioperatlve nursing care of resection of lung cancer and overall care for patients before and after full earnest, can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. Advance prevention, in case of sudden bleeding during the surgery process, to take timely and effective care measures cart Improve the cure rate.
