反复流产患者血清MMP-9和TIMP-1的表达

摘要

Objective To investigate the scrum matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP 9) and tissue inhibitor of metallo-proteinase (TIMP-1) expression of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Methods 30 portion of serum of RSA patients (experiment group) and 30 patients with normal early pregnancy needing terminate pregnancy (control group) were collected; fasting venous blood heparin anticoagulant tube were collected and given blood plasma separation, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were detected and the results were analyzed. Results Serum MMP-9 levels in normal pregnancy patients were significantly higher than that of RSA patients, and sera TIMP-1 content was less than that of RSA patients, there were significant differences (all P＜0.01). Conclusion More content of TIMP-1 can significantly reduce MMP 9 activation and invasivencss. it elucidates that the invasiveness of villi tissue in normal pregnancies is stronger than those RSA patients.%目的 探讨反复自然流产患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和其抑制剂(TIMP-1)的表达.方法 收集反复自然流产(实验组)血清30份;采集正常早孕需终止妊娠者(对照组)血清30份,用肝素抗凝管空腹取静脉血,分离血浆,测MMP-9及TIMP-1,并对结果进行分析.结果 在正常早孕的血清中MMP-9含量均明显高于反复自然流产者,在正常早孕的血清中TIMP-1的含量低于反复自然流产者,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P ＜ 0.01).结论 TIMP-1含量较多可显著减少MMP-9活化及侵袭能力,阐明正常早孕者绒毛组织的侵袭力强于反复自然流产者.
