MORA生物共振治疗仪联合药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果研究

Objective:To evaluate the effect of pregabalin combined with MORA bioresonance therapy on patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods: Ninety four patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:received oral pregabalin (group A);MORA bioresonance therapy combined with the same dose of pregabalin (group B). The visual analog scale (VSA) and the sleep quality score were evaluated before treatment and on 1, 4, 8 weeks after treatment. The curative effects were compared between the two groups and the adverse reactions were observed. Results:In each timepoints after treatment, the VAS scores and the sleep quality scores were obviously decreased than those before treatment in the two groups(t=8.703, t=0.964, t=1.818; P<0.01). The significantly effective rate in the group B was higher than that in the group A(x2=3.899, P<0.05). Conclusion:MORA bioresonance therapy has the promoting effect on the rehabilitation of PHN without any side effects.%目的：探讨MORA生物共振治疗仪联合普瑞巴林药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法：将94例PHN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组47例。治疗组在口服药物基础上联合MORA生物共振治疗仪治疗；对照组采用口服普瑞巴林药物治疗。在治疗前、治疗后的1周、4周及8周，对患者进行视觉模拟评分(VAS)和睡眠评分，比较两种治疗方式的疗效并观察不良反应。结果：两组治疗后的1周、4周及8周各时间点的VAS和睡眠评分均较前下降，差异有统计学意义(t=8.703，t=0.964，t=1.818；P＜0.01)；治疗组显效率优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(x2=3.899，P＜0.05)。两组均未观察到明显副反应。结论：MORA生物共振治疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全有效，对其康复有促进作用。
