中药热雾治疗仪的研制与应用

摘要

目的：研制中药热雾治疗仪，将热雾治疗垫内的药液雾化后激活成具有活性的分子微粒，经皮肤进入人体深层，以促进药灶区域的血液循环、代谢物质的交换和损伤组织的修复。方法：通过采样温度信息，单片机输出PWM波控制热雾治疗仪内的发热元件，加热药物并进行治疗。结果：中药热雾治疗仪的研制，在疗养院康复医学科室得到了广泛的应用，可依据个人热耐受程度任意调整设定温度，获得舒适的治疗效果。结论：中药热雾治疗仪温度提升快且连续可调，热雾治疗垫内的药液雾化更充分，且故障率低。%Objective: Atomize the medicine liquid inside the thermal fog treatment pad to molecular particles with activity. These molecular particles enter the deep human body through skin, and promote the blood circulation of medicine focal region, the exchange of metabolites and reconstruction of damaged tissue. Methods:By sampling the temperature, the MCU outputted PWM to control the heating element which was inside the therapy device, then heated the drug and treatment of the patient. Results:Research and develop a set of traditional Chinese medicine thermal fog treatment instrument successfully. And it has been widely used in the department of rehabilitation medicine of the sanatorium. Adjust the instrument according to the difference of thermotolerance of each person and make everyone get comfortable treatment temperature. Conclusion:This thermal fog treatment instrument has a lot of advantages, temperature increase fast, atomization of medicine liquid inside the thermal fog treatment pad is more fully, low failure.
