Viewing educational technology as a technical-level subject of education, the particularity of its value is how to apply media technology to teaching practice by using technical means. The dual role of educational technology places it in a crossposition between technology supply and educational demand. Educational demand is the theoretical basis of developing any technology, and advanced media technology also can stimulate the production of educational demand.
