摘要

Clinical practice is an important step in training clinical laboratory personnel. The conventional test-paper examinations cannot make an all-round assessment of interns' comprehensive capability. The final stage assessment platform established with multimedia technology will remedy the inadequacy of traditional testing method and evaluate comprehensively interns' learning results during the internship, which may elevate the level of training of clinical laboratory talents.%临床实习是培养检验医学人才的重要环节,常规的试卷形式考核已很难全面评估实习生的综合能力.运用多媒体技术建立的终期考评平台,弥补了传统考试方式的不足,可以全面考察实习学生在实习期间的学习效果,有助于提高我国检验医学人才培养水平.
