关于北京地区医患沟通的思考

摘要

当前的医患关系日趋紧张，首都北京的医患关系具有一些不同于外地的特点。文章通过分析北京地区医患群体双方的特点及医患关系紧张的原因，发现相当部分的医患纠纷是由于医护人员沟通技能欠缺所导致，并提出了针对性的改进措施，以有利于医师提高医患沟通技能，缓解医患矛盾。%The current doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense,and doctor-patient relationship in Beijing,the capital,has some characteristics different from those of other cities. Based on the analysis of characteristics of both parties and the causes of tense doctor-patient relationship in Beijing,we find that a considerable proportion of doctor-patient disputes were caused by lack of communication skills on the part of medical personnel.The paper puts forward targeted measures for improvement,which will facilitate doctors to improve communication skills and ease tense doctor-patient relationship.
