口腔临床实践教学客户端的开发与应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application characteristics and teaching effect of the stomatological clinical teaching software.Methods We designed and developed the stomatological clinical teaching software called TJ-DENT.We randomly divided 32 clinical interns into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used TJ-DENT software apart from receiving the traditional clinical teaching while the control group only received the traditional clinical teaching.After a year of clinical practice,the students took theory and practice tests,and the results of the tests were analyzed to evaluate the teaching effect of the clinical teaching software.Results The scores of the theory and practice tests were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of TJ-DENT makes up the deficiency of the traditional clinical teaching in that it enables students to have a more comprehensive and detailed observation of clinical operations and make better use of time to study,and its message interactive function facilitates teacher-student communication and improves the quality and efficiency of stomatological clinical teaching.%目的 探讨口腔临床实践教学客户端的应用特点和教学效果.方法 设计、开发口腔临床教学客户端(TJ-DENT).将32名口腔临床实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组学生在接受常规临床教学的同时使用T J-DENT软件,而对照组学生只接受常规临床教学.在完成1年的临床实习后,进行理论和实践操作考试,统计分析考试成绩,评估教学客户端的教学效果.结果 实验组理论考试和实践考试的成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 TJ-DENT的应用弥补了传统临床教学的不足,不仅使学生更加全面、细致地观看临床操作,更好地利用时间进行学习,而且它的留言互动功能方便了师生之间的沟通,提高了临床教学的质量和效率.
