A method for pre-clinical diagnosis of prosthetic stomatitis with allergic genesis in patients who made a prosthetic appliance for the teeth for the first time comprises the testing on the base of dermatoglyphical characteristics of patient right and left hand imprints, prognostications of generation of allergic reaction caused by the acryl plastic of overdenture prior to appearance of clinical symptoms, mathematical treatment of obtained dermatoglyphes.
