地方医学院校本科生科研能力培养的思考

摘要

医学生科研能力的培养是高等医学院校人才培养体系的重要组成部分.通过分析地方医学院校本科生科研能力培养现状,提出从更新教育理念、完善人才培养方案等方面加强本科生科研能力培养的措施,力求为今后相关本科生科研活动的开展提供参考思路.%Developing medical students' research ability is an important component of talents training system of medical colleges and universities.By analyzing the present status of research ability training of undergraduate students at local medical colleges,the paper proposes measures to strengthen cultivation of undergraduates students' research ability such as renewing educational ideas and perfecting the talents training plan in order to provide insights for future research activities of undergraduate students.
