Performance appraisal was of great significance to improve the management level for the hospital and the departments. In view of the deifciencies in the present performance appraisal indicator system, this paper exempliifed Guang’anmen Hospital for its successful establishment of a performance appraisal system through the network information platform to meet the needs of management and departments appraisal for hospital leaders and relevant departments.%绩效考核对于提高医院及科室的管理水平具有重要作用。本文针对目前绩效考核指标体系存在的不足,我院在医院网络信息平台上建立绩效考核系统,以满足医院领导、考核部门及业务科室的管理需要。
