基于临床路径的单病种费用预算系统设计与实现

摘要

目的：解决应用临床路径对单病种病人的住院费用进行快速、准确预算问题。方法以医院信息系统（HIS）的Oracle数据库为基础，采用Powerbuilder 9.0软件开发工具，设计开发基于临床路径的住院费用测算系统。系统主要主要包括临床路径表单录入模块、医嘱和计价项目自动对照模块、费用预算汇总模块等。结果应用本系统预算儿童轻度烫伤治疗费用的最低值远低于实际发生费用中位数，预算出的最高值略高于实际产生费用的中位数。结论系统的应用，降低了临床路径对住院费用的预测的难度，也为控制不合理住院费提供了依据。%ObjectiveTo estimate the hospitalization cost based on the clinical pathway for single-disease in a fast and accurate manner.MethodsBased on the Oracle database of HIS (Hospital Information System), Powerbuilder programming language was used to design a clinical-pathway-based single-disease cost estimation system. The system was mainly composed of clinical pathway form record module, medical advice, pricing project automatic control module and cost budget summary module. ResultsWith the application of the single-disease cost estimation system based on the clinical pathway, the estimated cost in treatment of children with mild burns was a little higher than that of the actual median cost.ConclusionApplication of the system reduced the difficulty in hospitalization cost estimation and also provided the basis for control of the reasonable hospitalization cost.
