医院使用家用冰箱、商用冰箱安全么？

摘要

目的：了解家用、商用冰箱和医用药品冷藏箱的差异，分析原因。方法：从标准、技术要求等方面分析不同冰箱的差别，并用6个温度芯片，在相同的工况下，通过连续24小时监测商用冰箱和医用药品冷藏箱温度做对比实验，对6组数据进行统计分析。结果：医用药品冷藏箱箱内各点温度始终保持在2˚C~6˚C，箱内温度波动性、均匀性、稳定性明显优于商用冰箱；商用冰箱温度范围0.5˚C~7˚C，箱内出现低于2.0˚C的比例20.8%，其中出现0.5˚C的比例达到8.3%，累计时间2小时。结论：家用、商用冰箱贮存试剂、标本、血液制品存在安全隐患。%Objective: To study the temperature differences between the commercial refrigerators and pharmaceuticals refrigerators and analyze the reasons for the differences. Methods:Analyze the differences in standards and technical requirement and perform comparative experiments. Place six temperature chips in the upper, middle and lower level of the commercial refrigerator and pharmaceuticals refrigerator with the same conditions. Col ecting al groups of data every 10 minutes, and keep monitoring for 24 hours. Results:Pharmaceuticals refrigerator is constantly maintained at 2˚C to 6˚C . There are smal temperature lfuctuations and a bet er temperature evenness and stableness is established. The temperature of commercial refrigerator ranges from 0.5˚C to 7˚C . The frequency of which the temperature fal s below 2.0˚C is 20.8%. And the frequency of which the temperature fal s below 0.5˚C is 8.3%, with a cumulative time of 2 hours. Conclusion:Potential risks exist when using the domestic refrigerators or commercial refrigerators to store reagents, specimens, and blood products.
