粗晶WC-Co类硬质合金的工艺研究进展

摘要

粗晶WC-Co类硬质合金具有内部结构缺陷少,硬度高,韧性好,红硬性高,高温蠕变变形小,生产成本低及应用范围广等特点.分析了碳含量、烧结制度、球磨工艺、添加剂及热处理对粗晶WC-Co类硬质合金的微观组织结构和性能的影响.%Coarse-grained WC-Co cemented carbide exhibits many advantages such as low internal structural defect,including high hardness,good toughness,high red hardness,small high-temperature creep deformation,low production costs and a wide range of applications.The methods of preparing coarse grain WC powder and carbon content,including sintering system,the milling process,the binder phase,additives and heat treatment on the class of coarse-grained WC-Co cemented carbide in microstructure and performance impact were summarized in this paper.
