In this paper,the status quo of the domestic futures market for siliconmanganese is sentenced.In current fact of week situation,enterprises need to face more uncertainties of market risks.Through the case analysis of how we make full use of futures to avoid market price risk,the author hopes that enterprises can effectively keep futures improved in sustained profitability.%对国内锰硅期货市场现状进行了适当阐述，通过案例分析了如何利用期货工具规避市场价格风险，希望企业能有效利用期货来提高持续稳定的盈利能力。
