胫骨平台后侧骨折治疗进展

摘要

目前临床上没有一种理想的胫骨平台后侧骨折分型系统,有待于临床工作者进一步完善.由于胫骨平台后侧骨折的特殊性,目前手术入路没有达成一致的共识,用传统的手术技术和手术入路很难达到满意的复位和固定.经改良的后侧入路手术治疗是治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折的较为理想的手术入路.胫骨平台后侧骨折的手术在临床上还存在一定的难度,各种手术入路和内固定方法还存在不同程度的缺陷.本文拟就胫骨平台后侧骨折的分型、手术入路和内固定方法等方面作一综述.%There is a lack of ideal clinical classification systems for posterior tibial plateau fractures,and they need to bernperfected in clinical practices. There are controversies over surgical approaches due to special characters of posterior tibialrnplateau fractures. It is difficult for the conventional techniques and approaches to achieve satisfactory reduction and fixation. Arnmodified posterior approach is an ideal approach for the treatment of posterior tibial plateau fractures. This paper summarizesrnthe classification, approach and internal fixation of posterior tibial plateau fractures.
