Objective: To detect the level of Th17- associated cytokines in the peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo. Methods: The levels of IL- 17 and IL- 23 in serum were detected by ELISA. The level of TGF- β mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) was detected by real - time PCR. The correlation between the level of TGF - β mRNA and the disease activity was analyzed. Results: The levels of IL- 17 and IL- 23 in active and stable vitiligo were significantly higher than that in healthy control group ( P < 0.001 ). The level of TGF- β mRNA in active vitiligo was significantly lower than that in healthy control group ( P < 0. 001 ), but there was no significant difference in the level of TGF- β mRNA in the patients with stable vitiligo controls ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: Th17 - associated cytokines may be closely related to the pathogenesis of vitiligo.%目的:检测Th17细胞相关因子在白癜风患者外周血血清中的表达.方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测白癜风患者和正常人外周血血清中IL-17和IL-23水平;采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中TGF-β mRNA表达水平,并分析其与疾病活动的相关性.结果:进展期与稳定期白癜风血清中IL-17和IL-23表达水平与正常对照组相比显著升高(P<0.001),且与疾病活动呈正相关.进展期白癜风TGF-β mRNA表达水平与正常对照组相比显著降低(P<0.001),稳定期与正常对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:Th17细胞及其相关因子可能与白癜风的发病机制密切相关.
