泛发性硬化性萎缩性苔藓1例

摘要

A 61-year-old female presented with generalized patchy rashes on her trunk for 4 years and a porcelain white plaque in vulva for 3 years. Biopsy specimens from the vulva and chest showed hyperkeratosis in epidermis, vacuolar degeneration in basal layer, edema and homogenization of the collagen in the upper dermis, indicating the diagnosis of lichen sclerosis et atrophicus. The patients reported a past history of hypo-thyroidism and multisystemic chronic inflammatory diseases.%患者，女，61岁。躯干泛发斑片状皮疹4年，外阴瓷白色斑块3年。外阴部及前胸部病理检查示：表皮角化过度，基底层液化变性，真皮浅层胶原纤维水肿、均质化，考虑为硬化性萎缩性苔藓。患者既往有甲状腺功能减低及多系统慢性炎症疾病。
