儿童泛发性脓疱型银屑病43例临床分析

Theclinicaldataof43childhoodpatients(22malesand21females)withgeneralizedpustular psoriasis was retrospectively analyzed. Twenty six patients were von Zumbusch type, 8 were annulus type and 9 were localized. The age at onset was from 2 months to 14 years and the average age at onset was ( 6. 58 ± 4.57) . The onset started in autumn in 15 patients, in summer in 11, in winter in 9 and in spring in 8. The in￣ducing cause of the disease was infection in 27 patients and 36 patients had fever. The initial lesion was sterile pustule on a erythematous base.%回顾性分析2005－2014年43例儿童泛发性脓疱型银屑病的临床资料,其中男22例,女21例。 von Zumbusch型26例,环形型8例,局限型9例。发病年龄2个月~14岁,平均发病年龄为6.98±4.57岁。秋季发病15例,夏季11例,冬季9例,春季8例。27例由感染诱发,36例患儿伴有发热；初始皮损表现为红斑基础上的无菌性脓疱。
