局部放电光学检测是检测电力设备内部局部放电的有效途径之一, 是局部放电检测技术中重要的研究方向.本文建立了气体绝缘全封闭组合电器 (GIS) 的腔体模型和局部放电缺陷模型, 利用光学仿真观察并分析了GIS中不同缺陷模型的局部放电光学信号的传播特性.仿真结果表明, 不同缺陷模型的光学信号传播有相似的变化趋势和不同的减弱幅度;在检测面上留下不同特征的光斑;横向传播距离到达1 m左右时, 检测到的辐射通量不到缺陷模型原始辐射通量的10%.仿真结论有助于了解局部放电光学信号的传播特征, 也能为相关检测装置的设计提供参考.%Optical detection of partial discharge (PD) is one of the effective ways to detect partial discharge inside power equipment, and it is also an important research direction in PD detection technology. In this paper, the model of gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and PD defect model are established. The propagation characteristics of PD optical signals in GIS are observed and analyzed by optical simulation. The simulation results show that the optical signal propagation of different defect models has similar trends and different attenuation ranges. Different types of light spots are left on the detection surface. When the propagation distance reaches about 1 meter, the detected radiant flux is less than 10% of the original radiant flux of the defect model. The simulation results are helpful to understand the propagation characteristics of the PD optical signal, and also provide reference for the design of related detection devices in power equipment.
