热沉对 LED 灯具散热性能的影响

         

摘要

In order to improve the thermal performance of LED lamps used in tunnel , a radiator with circular heat sink has been designed .The finite element software ANSYS is applied to simulate and analysis the thermal performance of LED lamp and optimize the radiator .The experimental results shown that the simulation analysis is accurate and credible .And it was observed that the cooling capacity of heat sink increases with increasing of the height of fins and the number of fins , but this trend has slowed down when the variation reaches a certain value , and the cooling capacity of heat sink increases with increasing of the thickness of fins, but the trend inversed when the thickness of fins reached 4mm.The analysis results could provide valuable reference for the radiator design .%为了改善LED隧道灯具的散热性能,设计了一种适合用于隧道灯具散热的圆弧形散热器,并对其进行实体建模,通过ANSYS有限元软件进行热仿真分析及优化设计,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:实验数据验证了仿真分析准确可信;隧道灯具散热性能随着热沉平均高度和热沉数目的增大而增强,但当变化达一定值时,这一趋势减缓;随着热沉厚度增加,散热器散热能力先增后减,分析结果可为隧道灯具散热器设计提供有益的参考。
