Breeding character is one of the important economic traits of sheep,which has significant economic significance in sheep production. With the development of modern molecular biotechnology,it has become a hot topic in this field to study its regulation mechanism at gene and protein level. This paper reviewed the progress of transcription and proteomics of the gene regulation of important breeding characteristics of sheep,and its application was prospected%繁殖性状是绵羊重要的经济性状之一,在绵羊生产中具有显著的经济学意义.随着现代分子生物技术的发展,从基因、蛋白水平研究其调控机理已成为当前该领域的研究热点.文章综述了转录组学和蛋白组学及二者关联分析在绵羊繁殖调控上的应用,并对其应用进行了展望.
