酒精性肝病的临床护理体会

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated nursing in patients with alcoholic liver disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with alcoholic liver disease are admitted to our hospital in April 2012 June 2013 for the study were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received usual care,observation group to be integrated nursing,compared two groups of nursing effect. Results The study group was higher alcohol compliance, science diet,strict abstinence,regular checks were significantly more than the control group,the cure rate was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive Care applied to alcoholic liver disease clinical care can improve patient compliance and help patients quit drinking, improve the cure rate,great value.%目的：探讨综合护理在酒精性肝病患者采用的效果。方法以我院2012年4月～2013年6月所收治的80例酒精性肝病患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以综合护理，对比两组护理效果。结果观察组戒酒依从性高于对照组，科学饮食、严格戒酒、定期检查患者明显多于对照组，痊愈率高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合护理应用于酒精性肝病临床治疗护理可提高患者依从性，帮助患者戒酒，提高痊愈率，具有重要价值。
