The present invention provides a method for producing an animal model of a non-alcoholic liver disease using the correlation between metabolic regulation disorders through AKT regulation by Hippo signaling pathway; an animal model produced by the method; and a method for screening a therapeutic agent using the animal model. The present invention provides an animal model of a non-alcoholic liver disease, in which Pten and Sav1 genes are deleted in the liver.
