微信术前访视对减轻肝胆外科手术患者焦虑的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨微信术前访视对减轻肝胆外科手术患者焦虑的效果。方法观察组患者利用微信进行术前的访视，观察两组患者手术焦虑以及负面情绪的影响效果。结果访视后观察组患者的SAS评分由（47.53±3.69）分下降到（39.63±2.57）分，而对照组患者无变化，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论采用微信术前访视能够为患者提供全面的手术知识，消除患者的焦虑等不良情绪，提高患者术后的康复速度和生活质量。%Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative interview with WeChat on anxiety of patients in department of hepatobiliary surgery operation. Methods The observation group patients using WeChat to conduct preoperative interview,observation of the two groups of patients with anxiety and the effect of negative emotions.Results The SAS score of the observation group was decreased from(47.53±3.69)to(39.63±2.57)points,while the control group had no significant change,P<0.05,the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion The WeChat preoperative interview can provide comprehensive knowledge of surgery for patients,eliminate the patient's anxiety and other negative emotions,improve postoperative recovery rate and quality of life.
