严重胸外伤合并多发伤紧急救治探讨

Objective Discussion on emergency treatment of severe thoracic trauma complicated with multiple injuries.MethodsThe clinical data of 27 patients with severe thoracic trauma combined with multiple trauma were retrospectively analyzed,including clinical manifestations and signs,examination results(X-ray,ultrasound,etc.),treatment methods and effect.ResultsAfter corresponding emergency treatment,23 cases were improved or recovered and discharged from hospital(effective rate was 85.19%)and 4 cases died(mortality rate 14.81%)(P<0.05)in 27 patients with severe thoracic trauma complicated with multiple trauma.Conclusion Clinicians should accurately grasp the characteristics of severe chest trauma patients with multiple trauma,according to the actual situation after admissions to accurately determine the condition and give targeted treatment,protect the quality of life of patients and life safety.%目的：探讨严重胸外伤合并多发伤紧急救治方法及应用效果。方法回顾性分析27例严重胸外伤合并多发伤患者的临床资料，内容包括临床表现及体征、检查结果（X线片、超声等）、治疗方法及效果等。结果27例严重胸外伤合并多发伤患者经临床相应紧急救治后，23例均好转或痊愈出院（有效率85.19%）、4例死亡（死亡率14.81%）（P＜0.05）。结论临床医师应准确掌握严重胸外伤合并多发伤患者相关特征，接诊后根据其实际情况准确判断病情并给予针对性的治疗，有利于保障患者生活质量及生命安全。
