尿液潜血检验中不同检验方法的应用价值剖析

摘要

目的：对尿液潜血检验中不同检验方法的应用价值进行剖析，为今后的临床检验工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法选择2014年1月～2015年12月，在我院留取尿液标本的患者190例作为研究对象，分别采用分析仪法和镜检法对尿液标本中潜血情况进行检测，对两种检测方法的检测结果进行对比分析。结果统计发现，镜检阳性率较尿液分析仪低。结论尿液分析仪法对尿液标本中潜血进行检验的工作效率高于镜检法，但是准确性相对于镜检法略低，两种检验方法联合应用，可提高临床检验准确性，减少误诊的发生。%Objective To explore the application value of different urine occult blood testing methods,in an attempt to provide valuable reference for further clinical laboratory practice.Methods190 patients from whom urine specimens were retained in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects. Occult blood in urine specimen was tested separately by using a urine analyzer and by microscopic examination,and comparative analysis was performed on the test results obtained with the two test methods.ResultsStatistical analysis showed that microscopic examination resulted in lower positive detection rate than did the urine analyzer.ConclusionWhile urine analyzer has higher efficiency than microscopic examination for testing occult blood in urine specimen,it has slightly lower accuracy than microscopic examination. Combination of the two test methods could therefore improve accuracy of clinical testing,thus reducing the incidence of misdiagnosis.
