护理干预在心绞痛治疗中的应用研究

摘要

Objective Nursing intervention effect on patients with angina is to be studied. Methods Chose 116 patients with angina who were treated in hospital from November 2013 to February 2016 and separated them into control group(57 patients)and study group(59 patients)at random,and then compared conventional nursing effect to nursing intervention effect between two groups. Results Patients’angina attack times in study group were fewer than that in control group and patients’satisfaction assessment score was higher in study group compared to that in control group,besides,their SAS and SDS assessment scores in study group were rather lower than counterparts in control group. There was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value according to T-Check(P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention nursing is quite effective on patients with angina, thus,such a nursing method is quite worthwhile to be promoted.%目的：对心绞痛患者治疗中应用护理干预的效果进行分析研究。方法选取2013年11月～2016年2月在我院接受治疗的心绞痛患者116例，并随机分为对照组（57例）和实验组（59例），对分别应用常规护理和护理干预的护理效果进行对照研究。结果实验组患者的心绞痛发作次数少于对照组，护理满意度评分高于对照组，SAS评分以及SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心绞痛患者治疗中应用护理干预的效果理想。
