奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死恢复期患者轻度认知功能障碍的疗效观察

摘要

目的：研究分析奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死恢复期患者轻度认知功能障碍的临床效果。方法选取我院60例脑梗死恢复期患者，随机分成研究组和对照组，每组均30例患者。对照组患者应用常规方法进行治疗，研究组患者接受常规治疗的同时应用奥拉西坦进行治疗，观察两组患者的相关临床指标变化。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，精神状态量表评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对脑梗死恢复期患者应用奥拉西坦进行治疗，能够有效改善患者的认知功能障碍，达到预期的临床效果。%Objective To study the efficacy of oxiracetam in treatment of cerebral infarction patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods60 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and reference group,with 30 cases in each group. Reference group were treated with conventional treatment,the patients in the study group received routine treatment and application of oxiracetam treatment. They were observed in two groups of patients with clinical index changes.ResultsThe study group of clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than the reference group,and mental state examination score was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction using oxiracetam for treatment can effectively improve cognitive function disorders,to achieve the desired clinical effect.
