手术治疗椎管占位无神经损伤胸腰椎爆裂性骨折临床疗效探讨

摘要

目的：探究手术治疗椎管占位无神经损伤胸腰椎爆裂性骨折临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的椎管占位无神经损伤胸腰椎爆裂性骨折38例，行椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗，比较观察术前术后的椎管容积比、压缩剩余高度、Cobbs 角和运动功能评分。结果术后椎管容积比、压缩剩余高度、Cobbs 角和运动功能评分优于治疗前，经对比，差异具有统计学意义，P ＜0.05。术后患者均未出现严重并发症。结论手术治疗椎管占位无神经损伤胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者，能够改善预后治疗，具有效果。%Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of surgical treatment in vertebral canal placeholder with no nerve injury thoracolumbar burst fracture. Methods Selected our hospital placeholder with no nerve damage thoracolumbar burst fracture of vertebra canal 38 cases,lines of pedicle screw internal fixation treatment,preoperative,postoperative spinal canal volume ratio were studied on compression residual height,cobbs angle and movement function score. Results The height of the vertebral canal volume ratio,compression residual,cobbs angle and movement function score was better than before the treatment,by contrast,the difference was statistical y significant,P < 0.05. No serious complications occurred after surgery. Conclusion The surgical treatment of vertebral canal placeholder with no nerve injury patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture,can significantly improve the prognosis of treatment,has remarkable effect.
