经皮经腔血管成形术治疗布加氏综合征

摘要

Objective To explore the curative effect of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in treatment of Budd Chiari syndrome.Methods In our hospital, 12 patients with Budd Chiari syndrome used percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.Results The clinical symptoms and signs of 11 patients disappeared, and only 1 cases of membranous occlusion had re-occlusion.Conclusion Membranous obstruction requires first use of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA),segmental stenosis therapy is PTA rear into the bracket and the method in the treatment of Budd Chiari syndrome has a good curative effect.%目的：探究经皮经腔血管成形术诊治布加氏综合征的疗效。方法选择我院收治布加氏综合征患者12位，使用经皮经腔血管成形术治疗。结果11位患者的临床症状以及体征全部消失，只有1例膜性闭塞者出现再闭塞情况。结论膜性阻塞需要首先使用球囊导管扩张（PTA），节段性狭窄的诊治方式是PTA后置入支架，该方法治疗布加氏综合征有着很好的疗效。
