目的 分析干部病房护理人员压力来源, 找出提升护理人员心理健康的方式.方法 选取该院护理人员84名为研究对象, 将普通病房护士42名分为对照组, 干部病房42名为观察组.分析其压力来源并对提出合适的策略.结果观察组护士焦虑、忧郁评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) ;观察组护理人员在专业问题、工作环境、人际关系上的压力来源评分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 正确分析护理人员压力来源, 并找出对应策略对提升护理人员适应力上有重要帮助, 进而为患者提供更为优质的服务.%Objective To analyze the source pressure of nursing staff in the cadre ward and find out the improvement way of mental health of nursing staff. Methods 84 cases of nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group included the nurse in the common ward, while the observation group included the nurses in the cadre ward, and the pressure sources were randomly analyzed and the suitable strategies were put forwards. Results The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) , and the pressure source scores from professional issue, working environment and personnel environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The accurate analysis of pressure sources of nursing staff and finding out the corresponding strategies can be of great help to the improvement of adaptability of nursing staff, thus providing more excellent services for patients.
