常规检验中常见误差原因及解决策略分析

     

摘要

Objective To analyze the causes of errors in routine inspection of the hospital, and to explore the effective countermeasures. Methods Select our hospital 2014 measuring erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) between May to July 2015 samples and urine routine test samples, puncture fluid test sample and semen routine test samples, 54 cases in each as the control group, related error solve strategy implementation and the selection of 54 cases as the observation group, re-spectively at 1 week after the causes of error were investigation analysis and classified. Results The factors of various hu-man factors and equipment factors and drug is a major cause of error in the test and after the implementation of the related policy error compared with the significantly improved, by the praise of the subjects, the difference with statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05). Conclusion The factors of human factors and equipment factors and drug is a major cause of error in the test, specific performance operator sample collection and submission process error caused the test error, equipment updated slow and voltage temperature problems resulting in test error. In addition, drug allocation errors and drug expired metamor-phism will lead to error checking. Through the implementation of relevant policies, such as strengthening the supervision and management functions of the leadership and to strengthen the inspection personnel professional skills training and strengthen the scientific management of devices and drugs, the error is controlled within the acceptable range, avoid be-cause of medical accidents caused by the error obtained by inspection personnel alike.%目的 分析医院常规检验中导致检验出现误差的相关原因,进而探索出有效的解决对策. 方法 选取该院2014年5月—2015年7月间的血沉测定样本、尿常规检验样本、穿刺液检验样本及精液常规检验样本各54例作为对照组,相关误差解决策略实施后再各选取54例作为观察组,分别于1周后对其误差原因进行分析调查并总结归类. 结果 各种人为因素和器械因素及药物因素是导致检验出现误差的主要原因,且经过相关政策的实施后,误差较实施前均有明显改善,受到受检者的一致好评,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 人为因素和器械因素及药物因素是导致检验出现误差的主要原因,具体表现为操作人员采集样本及送检过程方法错误而致的检验误差,器械更新过慢及电压温度等问题导致检验误差,此外,药物量配置错误及药物过期变质也会导致检验误差. 通过相关政策的实施,如加强领导阶层的监督管理职能和加强检验人员专业技能培训以及加强器械及药物的科学管理,误差被控制在可合理接受的范围内,避免了因误差导致的医疗事故,获得受检人员的一致好评.
