护理标识分类分色管理在神经内科安全管理中的作用

     

摘要

目的 为了进一步提高神经内科护理质量并减少医患矛盾的发生几率, 分析和探讨实施护理标识分类分色管理的价值和意义. 方法 按照随机数字表的方法选取于2013年1月—2015年1月来该院神经内科就诊的2000例患者作为研究对象并根据双盲对照的原则将其分为试验组和对照组各1000例,其中对照组主要执行常规管理程序,而试验组则采取护理标识分类分色管理,比较和分析两组的护理质量. 结果 经过分析发现,实施护理标识分类分色管理后,试验组患者各种不良事件的发生率和对照组患者相比显著降低,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而试验组对护理服务的满意度和对照组患者相比则显著升高,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 将护理标识分类分色管理应用到神经内科的日常工作中,不仅可以显著提高患者的满意度,而且提高了护理质量,值得推广和应用.%Objective To further improve the effectiveness of our hospital humanistic management in the department of Neurology and to prevent the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events, analysis and discussion the clinical effect of classification color management of nursing marks. Methods 2000 patients were selected in our hospital Neurology which were divided randomly into control group and treatment group,1000 cases in each group. The treatment group received classification color management of nursing marks on working,the control group was given the traditional management,observed two groups of clinical treated efficiency. Results After flexibility management,the evaluation scores of classification color management of nursing marks, nursing quality and patient satisfaction increase significantly,and the differences have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The incentive mechanism for rational management of nursing staff ,can significantly improve the satisfacti on of patient s,nursing staff's sense of accomplishment and ability,it is worth to popularize.
